Steaks go over the grill and burgers get smashed on the flat top. The grill plates start at 4.

Tonight’s is marked. Specials run until they’re gone, which on perch Fridays is usually about 8.
Sunday brunch runs 10 to 2, with brisket hash and a Bloody Mary bar.
