What’s included
Air before vacuum
Compressed air through seams, vents and under the seats, so the vacuum gets what’s loose.
Full vacuum
Seats, carpets, mats and the trunk, with the seats moved both ways.
Hot-water extraction
Cloth seats, carpets and mats shampooed and pulled dry with the extractor.
Steam on the hard spots
Cupholders, door pockets, the console and vent slats.
Leather care
Cleaned with a soft brush, wiped, then conditioned.
Dash, trim and glass
Wiped with a non-greasy, low-shine protectant. Every window, mirror and screen.
What it can fix, and what it can’t
Usually comes out: coffee, juice, mud, salt lines on the carpet, crayon, most pet accidents and the grey film on the inside of the windshield.
Fades but may not vanish: old set-in stains, heavy smoke smell and ink. We’ll look at it with you before we start and tell you what to expect.
Stays: burns, tears, worn leather and sun-faded plastic. Those need a repair shop, not a detailer. Cloth seats are damp for a few hours after extraction; in winter we run a fan in the car before we go.

Questions
Do you take out car seats?
Yes, to clean under them. We aren’t certified installers, so please check the fit of a child seat before you drive.
Can you get rid of smoke smell?
It fades a lot with extraction and an ozone treatment. A car that was smoked in for years can need a second visit.
Do I need to be home?
No. Leave the car unlocked or the key somewhere safe, and we’ll text you photos when it’s done.
