How visits work

Our office is a kitchen, so the first visit happens at a table, not across a desk. Follow-ups can be here, by video, or at the store.

Talk it through, then cook one recipe together if you’d like. Free parking behind the building.

By video

Same visit, from your couch or your lunch break. Anywhere in Ohio.

Your first visit

Sixty minutes. We go through your health history, your labs, a normal day of eating and what you want to change.

You leave with two or three things to start this week and a written plan in your inbox. Bring someone if it helps.

Nina Calloway, MS, RDN, LD

“I spent eight years as a hospital dietitian in Columbus before opening Sorrel. Most people I see are managing blood sugar, PCOS or a gut that won’t settle, and most of them are tired of meal plans that ignore how they actually live.”

We start with what you eat now and change a few things at a time.
