NightShyft Studios is a two-founder studio in Columbus, Ohio, working with businesses worldwide. We design websites, build custom software, and run social content, and we hold client work to the same standard as the products we launch ourselves. NightShyft didn’t start as an agency. It started as a media brand. Together we scaled multiple accounts and generated over 100 million views collectively, and along the way we shipped our own products and ran the business behind them: CarMeetFinder, our own CRM and lead pipeline, ecommerce, and paid campaigns. We learned what actually moves someone from a video to a website to a sale, because our own money was on the line.
That history shapes how we work with clients. Gavin plans the creative and designs the layouts and front ends. Koda handles sales and client relations, and leads the backend, debugging, and testing. Before the studio we both worked in high ticket sales and marketing, so everything we build is built with the sale in mind, not just the look.
And we haven’t stopped building for ourselves. Our biggest project right now is NightShyft Studio, our own platform for designing, launching, and managing websites, and everything we learn from it feeds straight back into client work. The goal is simple: one studio that can take a business from first impression to sale, on the web, in software, and on social.
