1. Services
NightShyft Studios provides custom website and systems builds. All projects are scoped and priced individually.
2. Payment Terms
A 50% deposit of the setup price begins the build, with the remaining build cost due when the website is finished. Add-ons follow the same deposit-then-final structure, and final scope and price are agreed before any payment begins. Monthly care plans are billed after launch.
3. Client Responsibilities
The client provides content, photos, logos, and any required business information needed for the build.
4. Intellectual Property
Ownership of the completed site, including its design, code, copy, and images, transfers to the client upon receipt of final payment. Ownership of the site is separate from the hosting and services that keep it online, which are covered by the monthly care plan described in sections 5 and 9.
5. Monthly Care Plans
Every website requires an active monthly care plan, at a rate set by your package (currently $60-75/month), covering hosting, security, support, and monthly edits (up to 30 minutes of small changes per month, which do not roll over). Some add-ons carry their own monthly cost, shown clearly before you commit and billed together on one monthly invoice. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee; the care plan can be cancelled at any time, subject to section 9.
6. No Ranking Guarantees
We set up SEO foundations but do not guarantee specific search engine rankings or results.
7. Limitation of Liability
NightShyft Studios is not liable for losses resulting from website downtime, third-party service failures, or client-provided content.

9. If the Care Plan Ends
The care plan covers the hosting and services that keep your website and its connected tools online. If it is cancelled or lapses, your site and any tools we host and run for you, including booking, lead capture, CRM, automations, and AI features, stop working, and the site is taken offline 30 days after the end of your final paid month. You will receive a full export of your website files, content, and any customer data we hold for you, so you are free to host it elsewhere. Nothing is deleted before that 30-day window ends, and the plan can be reinstated at any time during it.
